Membership of the Arts Nan Eilean promoters network is open to any Western Isles community venue representative or individual interested in promoting arts events for their local area. Participation in the project is free and individual venues receive 50% of the box office income or a hall hire fee.

Arts nan Eilean development partners in 2017 and 2018 are, Harris Arts and Heritage, Voluntary Action Barra & Vatersay, Ceolas and Comhairle nan Eilean Siar.
